Earlier today at the skilling sector of OCA Organization girls participated in an educational session on menstrual hygiene the training began with the theory session where they learned about the importance of personal hygiene during menstruation, proper menstrual health practices and how to use and make reusable sanitary pads.

Upon acquiring the requisite knowledge, the girls moved to step by step in making their own reusable sanitary pads. This hands-on experience equipped them with a valuable life skill that not only promotes confidence but also dignity, sustainability and menstrual health.
